Dave Schneider

Sr. Manager, Market Development, Ixia

Dave Schneider has been with Ixia for more than 14 years and currently serves as a manager within Ixia’s marketing organization. In his positions within product management and marketing, Dave has obtained a global perspective on the networking industry – its technology, solutions, and trends. Dave is likewise an expert in the test and measurement industry, covering testing techniques and solutions for layer 2-7 devices, networks, and applications. Dave has been intimately involved in all of Ixia’s marketing activities including collateral development, web design, seminars, and webinars.

He has over 20 years of experience in networking, both from the engineering and marketing sides. Prior to joining Ixia, Dave was the CTO of Internet Dynamics Inc. – a producer of Internet firewall and VPN technologies. Dave earned a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
